But cannot remember a single spat over there.
2 recipes I still use, the make ahead gravy (Dchem?), and the cucumber chilli coriander marinaded salad - now what was her name. Prolifically posted interesting recipes and starting threads.
I also tried out chicken fried steak which wasn't half bad.

Many times I have thought about making the trip to the UK but due to circumstances beyond my control it doesn't seem likely.

I've never been to your neck of the woods either. But Tony has a dream holiday of touring via the towns featured in Westerns.
He's a massive western film fan.
We'll have to do it soon, before it becomes a regret.
