Re: Marmalade
I have occasionally made marmalade in the past, usually when I've got a surplus of clementines or if the ones we have bought are too sharp to eat, even by our standards! I do buy it every so often, usually when I've got a hankering to make Nigella's Marmalade Pudding Cake, which also works very well as a cake! If I see something a bit unusual at a garden centre, NT place or whatever I may treat ourselves to some. Asda's own brand is OK too, although their standard range lemon curd is delicious, and I would say is up there with Wilkins/Tiptree/artisan type.

Re: Marmalade
A great use for a few extra Seville oranges is curd. Absolutely yummy. I make loads of curds, but only in small quantites when the hens lay loads of eggs!
