Hi there!
I was only wondering the other day how you were and what you are getting up to, so look forward to hearing all your news.

Re: Hi everyone!
Thanks so much for all the warm welcomes!
In terms of news, we now have a house 70% finished, progress slowed down due to money and motivation running out quite sharply.
The venture has also slowed down somewhat. We have done a few small private dining events for people locally to top up the pocket money, but I have changed (9-5) careers and this has taken up much of my time and effort. We have also had some family and personal things to contend with which caused the internet limiting. It's amazing how much more time you have to focus on things that count when you give yourself the head space away from modern life. I am now planning the next stage of the venture which is looking for a horse box or retro caravan to adapt once I have the necessary funds
More importantly, I have got my passion back for getting in my own kitchen for me and Tiff and we are munching the rewards. All new year healthy of course!

Good, I'm glad that you've got the enthusiasm back again. You're still young and you've got the time to progress slowly. All the very best. Look forward to many updates!

Re: Hi everyone!
Good for you WFF.
Food is very time-consuming. That means buying it, preparing it, presenting it. I´ve been in the business for the past 15 years and last year was the best ever; but the most exhausting. In November, I had two or three gigs a week, and by mid-December, I was looking forward to a long break!
Still, you´re young, so 27 hour days are nothing unusual
