Sakks: don´t even dream of it. Damascus and Tripoli are far more stimulating.
Sue: If you´ve never been, sorry, it´s too late. Unfortunately, the Isle of Sheppey has little to offer. Unless you count the Elmley National Nature Reserve. Or the Sheerness Town Clock.

I had the tofu dressing on my sweetcorn side dish last night.
It's like a different type of mayonnaise.

If I absolutely had to use it, I'd be happy.

I sometimes make a tofu-based dressing called shira-ae (shira means white in Japanese) and it combines tofu, white miso and white sesame seeds.
