What a sad affliction, Uschi.
My dad loved Baxters soup. I don't think the Baxters shop is still there in Rose St, Edinburgh.
His fav was cockaleekie, and the game one.
He ate it all the time later in life, when he wasn't so well.
Flat lucozade too.
I forgot to mention flat lucozade for a loss of appetite.
In a glorious hotel restaurant in Troon, I had cream of tomato soup, with a swirl of drambuie, not mixed in. Drizzled on the top.
Particularly lovely.
