I'm assuming you mean me.
Your usual protracted potted histories don't seem to interfere with your hours in a day.
FYI - We too run two businesses in a highly specialised & demanding industry with no allowances for slipages of any kind, plus we have a full life outside, but I don't ever feel the need to use that as an excuse not to spend time in the kitchen & cook as you have so often stated.
