cocoa powder or a couple of squares of dark chocolate for richness in a chilli containing red kidney beans.

I used to be able to buy Gouda with cumin.

The first thing Gouda cheese brought to mind was hot dogs in rolls.

I checked I wasn't dreaming and the first recipe up uses "1/2 cup shredded cumin Gouda cheese".

mustard, along with some grated nutmeg, leeks, cheese and all the rest, in glamorgan sausages (that we had for dinner tonight).

Leeks make good stuffing, e.g. this leek/garlic/pineapple/thyme one for roast pork, or for white fish side:

as 'fajitas' is a dish in itself i'm just going to use the tortillas in my form of quick quesadillas - with cheddar, onions and sometimes a bit of pickle.
