I used to be able to buy Gouda with cumin.
Haven't seen it for years.

The first thing Gouda cheese brought to mind was hot dogs in rolls.
I checked I wasn't dreaming and the first recipe up uses "1/2 cup shredded cumin Gouda cheese".

However, I have leeks in the fridge and found this delicious looking leek/mushroom/rice dish which has to be worth a mention and a try methinks:

Chicken Fajitas with a pineapple salsa
Re: "Food Pairings Dominoes"
as 'fajitas' is a dish in itself i'm just going to use the tortillas in my form of quick quesadillas - with cheddar, onions and sometimes a bit of pickle.
