i'm taking pavlova to mean meringue rather than the whole pavlova so baked alaska with ice cream of your choice.

Really good Vanilla or Clotted cream ice cream, slightly softened with crumbled LEFTOVER CHRISTMAS PUDDING stirred through it, and refrozen :yum
