Flamin’ auto correct has no understanding of the important things in life ...

Parboiled skin-on BABY POTATOES, halved and tossed with black mustard seeds, turmeric, cumin etc and a little oil
and roasted. :yum

Basmati rice made as pilau to serve with e.g. lamb jalfrezi which includes chunky onion, bell peppers and toms.
