Gaynor’s (from the old beeb board) Baked sea bream on a bed of sliced tomatoes, parboiled fennel and potatoes with a few slices of lemon and fennel seeds in the cavity. Sprinkled with a glug of white wine and olive oil. Sprinkle THYME on and bake.

As she said “Provence on a plate!”

mustard and cumin seeds put in the hot pan at the beginning of many a good indian recipe.

Crushed cumin, sea salt flakes, anchovy oil & chopped rosemary rubbed over a leg of lamb for roasting, which is tomorrows dinner :yum

Dried apricots with goat cheese, sprinkled with PISTACHIOS and drizzled with a tiny bit of excellent honey.
