Celery (chopped with green pepper and onion) in a chilli ... so kidney BEANS (or whichever you have in the cupboard ... today our chilli will contain dried haricot beans which have been soaking overnight).

Cabbage with rice, spring onions and fried eggs in Bokkeumbap. When I first looked at the recipe, I didn't fancy the combination of rice, cabbage and eggs - but it really works well.
