I’ll just add that smoked haddock (which was the ingredient I highlighted) is very different to the sort of smoked fish that one would eat drizzled with EVOO etc. It is a white rather than oily fish and is salted and cold smoked rather than hot smoked and is therefore raw and requires cooking ... usually poaching in milk. It would be rather unpleasant drizzled with oil. But hey ho ... :)
