Oh dear I can't really think of any better combination tha champagne and oysters. My favouritething in the whole wide world, but Iam going for Oysters and Tabasco sauce

Never had spinach with a salad nicoise but certainly had a Provençal rose with one

Rabbit cooked in any way needs a generous amount of chopped freshly picked parsley

For apple and mint jelly, I immediately thought of it sitting on a plate with a piece of game pie.
I suppose it could also be used as the jelly around a terrine, even a veggie one.
Incidentally, I happened upon this "clean" smoothie of apple-mint-spinach-lime-and-cucumber-juice:

I suspect Gillthepainter and I would probably add a spot of fresh ginger.
Anyway game (of choice).
