OH's "go-to" snack at virtually any time of the day, peanut butter and APPLE (SLICES) (He's eating some as I write this  )

I've tried it, and just can't get into it

Or alternatively, my preferred peanut butter snack, peanut butter and BANANA on crispbread/melba toast/crackers :yum

I would enjoy peanut butter with apple slices.

I made hummus yesterday, so I will have having that with strips of peppers again, again and again ...

Stilton melted on top of fillet steak

It was very popular on the menu of a local restaurant in the 80s,, it was billed as Melton fillet and it was delicious.

Sounds really interesting for a salad KC2 - is that from Arabesque?

I came across unopened jar of preserved lemons way at the back of a fridge shelf recently - must be at least a couple of years old since I made and forgot about them. Might go into a Morrocan chicken tagine in which the bird is marinated in a spice rub with ginger, turmeric, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.

Yes, it is, and is one of our favourites.

We always double up on the spices as we like it very fragrant. With crumbled feta and lemon couscous... :yum :yum
Even better the next day, if there's any left!
