Coconut oil (unadulterated with perfume) as the starting medium for stir frying, e.g. prawns or veg.

Mushrooms topping a wellington but the rubber is indigestible even for carnivores so I'll go with mushroom, chestnut, thyme casserole

how about...
leave the leg on the sheep, take off the wool instead, process it to get the vitamin d and take that instead of cod liver oil?

Difficult choice - but stuff (sic) the Vit D says my tastebuds - how would you find a nice red to go with that?!?!
