Yes, a type of sponge with a totally firm texture & is relatively flat as it is made with almond flour not wheat flour like a sponge cake ..

Think, Tarta de Santiago ( The Galician Almond Tart which is relatively flat and has a Galician Cross Symbol made with extra fine sugar on top and eaten on 25th July for National Holiday, Saint James or Santiago ) ..

I thought about "Have we had..." rule-wise and decided that it's inevitable that things will come up again sooner or later. However, there's a good chance that any item noted before came up within another pairing so a repeat would most likely generate a new pairing, thus is still moving forwards. (Not circling back immediately, which is a rule.)

I'm quitting being a school ma'am as of now which TBH never even occurred to me that there might be a need for one and it's a distraction to the thread ideas.

Chimichurri an Argentinian grilling sauce is made from: Garlic, dried red chili pepper (guindilla = tiny red horn dried chili peppers), onion, salt and freshly ground black pepper, Evoo, and herbs (parsley, cilantro herb, rosemary and thyme ) .. It is rubbed and / or brushed onto the steaks before grilling ..
