Funnily enough, I was thinking of breaded mushrooms which I'm planning for tomorrow.

However, mushrooms make a good filling in ravioli, or at least I hope so as I've just bought some porcini mezzelune and haven't a clue what sauce to make, so ravioli or mezzelune.

Spring onions chopped into buttery floury MASHED POTATOES

Whoops! Should’ve been Marie Rose sauce not 1000 Island Dressing shouldn’t it ? Shows how long it is since I last made a prawn cocktail

Veal escalopes wrapped with prosciutto, sage & lemon (saltimbocca)
Although I make it with chicken breast or pork steak as it is hard to get rosy veal here.
So prosciutto :klingonbanana

Runner beans with mustard seeds in Madhur's recipe.
