Allspice and apple generally, or those two with chickpeas and kale as a stew with onion, stock, S&P and garlic croutons (and any languishing mushrooms lol).

Honey and RICOTTA with caramelised oranges - it was a Sophie Grigson recipe on the BBC website I used to make years ago. Must look it up again!

Pickled silver skin onions sliced and layered with CAERPHILLY CHEESE, plain crisps and Heinz salad cream in a large soft white buttered bap. :yum
