I love your comment about H&B Sue   I don't honestly know how they have survived in the current economic climate!

H&B reminds me of WHSmith.
You can't wait to get out of the shop. Although WHSmith shops are undergoing a facelift.

How are you all getting on with the pb powder?
I'm drinking my banana, pb powder, blueberry, and almond milk smoothie at the moment. Really lovely.

I'm loving the pb powder Gill and am just glad that I ordered three of the large containers of it! I'm almost halfway through one of them.

Ooooo, you are doing well.

I'm going to try to work out a way of making halva with it. The pb tastes like the wonderful breakfast halva I had in Greece.
I'd like to make some little squares as snax.

Mine came from amazon a couple of days ago - a massive tub of PB2!
haven't tried it yet but thinking of making a bang bang sauce with it in the week - watch this space!

I’m really annoyed, I stood outside H&B and tried to remember why I wanted to go in, and failed. Next time.

Oh no!!! I had to go back to Asda yesterday to pick up the things that I'd forgotten to get on Tuesday!

I need to put it on the list
Even if I neglect to take the list with me, something about writing things down gets the brain going on the right track

Actually I’m going to the whole food grocery for some bits they might have it

Well, Whole Foods Market had PB Fit, so I now have some

I hadn't appreciated it would have so much sugar on it, hope it's not too sweet,

WFM gave me a freebie, a chilled can of DASH British Sparkling Spring Water infused with wonky cucumber. Quite nice, would be good with food I think, a low cal no alcohol drink, a stronger flavour than I expected
They do other flavours too, need to check the price

Good find, Renee.
Mine's got 2g per 12g. Not too bad when I put a half teaspoon in my breakfast drink. But I didn't think about the sugar.

Sue, our Wholefoods was one that closed down.
Not surprising when it shared a car park with Sainsburys, that sold a lot of their products for less.
I did like it in there tho.

Lush, best intentions took a back seat here too.
I've not dabbles with halva yet neither. We'll get there.

PB Fit is 4g sugar per 12g portion (14%). It does contain some added sugar

I paid £7.95 for a 1lb jar of the Hoosier Hill product. It was on special offer, but not available at the moment. I'm glad that I bought three.

Well I’ve just tried the PB Fit as PB on toast

Quite fiddly to make up a single portion, and although it’s not that sweet I had to add some salt. It’s ok but I don’t think it has as much flavour as ordinary peanut butter. Next time I will try making it up a few minutes in advance and see if the flavour and texture develop at all
