Tinned pineapple fruit cake anyone?
A friend on the GW forum has asked if anyone has a recipe which used to be on the side of the Sainsbug's flour bag for a Pineapple Fruit Cake using tinned pineapple (crushed)?
There are several online but most of them are boiled fruitcakes and she doesn't remember that, although she concedes she might be mistaken.
Does anyone here have it ... or know of one they can recommend?

Gosh, I have made this! If I get time later I'll look but have had big recipe culls in recent years.

this sounds like a good and easy one. maybe not the Sainsbury's one but not a boiled fruit one either.
