You had me looking through all the fish recipes on the site and I must say, some of them look very tempting indeed. Didn't see the octopus though.

Just said this on Wild about Chat, but Saturday Kitchen have a Passover special tomorrow with Honey & Co among other guests, and I think Itamar Srulovic is always worth listening to when he talks about food, caught hom live locally
